What are
V.E.T prices?
A routine examination starts at £90 per horse including :
- a full examination, routine rasping and balancing,
- a light sedation and
- a digital chart detailing your horses’ mouth and subsequent management recommendations,
- VAT
Charges are as follows…
| Routine dental at VERC will be £90 (plus clinic fee to VERC as per the booking information) |
| Routine dental (on your yard) £100 but with a single horse supplement of £20 |
| Top up sedation £40 |
| “Wolf tooth” extractions are priced £20-60 per tooth and include local anaesthesia. Additional charges will be incurred for any additional sedation required or procedure performed. |
Travel on a sliding scale depending on distance £0-100 per yard
Unfortunately, due to poor payment history in the equine sector (you know who you are – 3 clients still haven’t paid months later and I’m still chasing), I now work on a strict payment in advance system for all new clients and a PAYMENT AT THE TIME for existing clients.

Please send me a WhatsApp/text message to confirm payment otherwise I will not be able to keep your appointment.
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of £70 will be charged.
Whatsapp message is the best way to book appointment but don’t forget to tell me who and where you are please!
